Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse Supervisory/Management experience in a high-mix environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to perform shift work (Mon - Fri, Alternating week of 730AM - 4PM / 330PM - 12MN).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations with a focus on safety and quality.
• Manage costs and achieve KPIs such as Perfect Order Rate.
• Support Inventory Control through cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
