Regional Content & Advocacy Graduate Trainee (5 Jan 2026 - 11 Jan 2027)

As a Regional Content & Advocacy Graduate Trainee, you will:
  • Lead SAPMENA relationship with Traackr platform as main A&I tool.
  • Act as main POC for countries on data related issues to tracking on content & creators.
  • Conduct platform/tool specific trainings for country and agency teams.
  • Review data and make recommendations after a review of various dashboards available.
  • Maintain Onefluence Learning Hub through country follow-up.
  • Support development of a best practice sharing community as part of the extended Content & Advocacy team.
  • Build & publish monthly Share of Influence Report.
  • Build & publish monthly Compliance Report.
  • Build & publish monthly Content & Advocacy Digest Newsletter.
  • Create a weekly/bi-weekly SAPMENA social trend recap.
  • Stay on top of consumer social & creator trends and new technologies.
As a Regional Content & Advocacy Graduate Trainee, you should be:
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques.
  • Understanding influencer marketing landscape, strategies, and techniques.
  • Possessing skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign/strategy optimization.
  • Having a creative mindset and strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention for details for precise reporting.
  • Able to identify patterns and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate and collaborate with the wider business.
