  • Conduct periodic inventory checks.
  • Create purchase requisitions for spare parts.
  • Manage calibration activities and 3rd party vendors.
  • Provide operational support for the SFS department.
  • Support regulatory audits as needed.
  • Assist in drafting or upgrading SOPs or documents.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for spare parts and spare parts warehouse
  • Be responsible for setup and spare parts management for Site Facility Services (SFS) Team in oneMaximo system
  • Be responsible for spare parts periodic inventory check
  • Be responsible for spare parts purchase requisition to maintain optimal spare parts inventory level
  • Be responsible in managing calibration activities and 3rd party vendor for the site
  • Be responsible in documentation, operational support for SFS department as required
  • Support in regulatory audits as required
  • Assist in drafting or upgrading SOPs, URS, or other documents as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or other related specialties; candidates with equivalent work experience is plus.
  • Have skillset in CMMS software like Maximo
  • Ability to quickly learn GMP related knowledge and all related requirement and code.
  • Possess good communication ability and comprehension ability.
  • Display a good working attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow leadership directives.
  • Be open to accepting temporary work assignments, including overtime on weekends or weekdays, and other roles as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Applicants with prior calibration experience is a plus.
  • Applicants with spare parts management experience is a plus
