Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end‑to‑end settlement operations for both crypto‑to‑fiat card programs and traditional credit card products, including reconciliation, merchant payouts.
  • Execute and monitor daily FX operations, including multi‑currency settlements, and cross‑border fund movements.
  • Assist in coordinating FX execution and rate application across different jurisdictions, ensuring accurate posting, rate integrity, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Prepare and reconcile settlement and FX reports, investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Liaise with card schemes, acquirers, payment service providers (PSP), and banking partners to support daily settlement cycles and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to enhance workflow and system processes, including automation of reconciliation and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Support the preparation of operational reports, liquidity monitoring, and variance analyses related to settlement and FX performance.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and provide support for audits or regulatory reviews when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or FX operations, preferably in banking, payments, or fintech.
  • Good understanding of card operations, clearing, and settlement processes, as well as FX conversion and multi‑currency handling.
  • Familiarity with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and payment systems (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior exposure to crypto or Web3-related settlement operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.
