Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking a professional to configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, excellent skills in stakeholder management, and the ability to integrate systems using APIs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, delivering end-to-end implementations, and providing support through various phases. Certification in ITSM and HRSD is required for this position.

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Implement and support HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, and Knowledge.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Provide support during UAT, go‑live, and post‑production phases.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
  • Experience in workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
