• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow SecOps(Vulnerability Response) modules.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and customization.


• Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low‑code/no‑code platforms within complex enterprise setups.


• Preferably certified in low‑code/no‑code ServiceNow Platform solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Completed ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.


• Completed ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.


• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party systems using APIs or MID Servers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).


• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.


• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party applications using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.


• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.


• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.


• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and resolve defects efficiently.


• Document development processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
