Responsibilities

1. Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of access control systems and related equipment
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with access control hardware and software
3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
4. Maintain accurate records of all service activities and ensure timely completion of work
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements

1. Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar technical discipline
2. At least 2 years of experience in providing technical support and maintenance for access control systems
