Job summary

A local consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the repair and maintenance of industrial cleaning and maintenance machinery. Responsibilities include ensuring a clean and safe workshop, and supporting factory maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting heavy machinery. A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Job description

💰Basic $2000 - $2500

✨14 Days A/L + AWS + Bonus + Yearly Increment

⏰Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.30pm

📍Gul Crescent (Transport provided at Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT)

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial cleaning and maintenance machinery, both on-site and in the workshop.

• Ensure the workshop area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Support general factory maintenance and related technical tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.

• Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.

• Solid understanding of AC & DC motors, single-phase and three-phase systems, lead‑acid and lithium battery technologies, and electrical control circuits.

• Prior experience in customer support will be an added advantage.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
