• Experience in machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/troubleshooting/repair.

• Handle specific jigs during service jobs.
• Assist senior colleagues with higher-level jobs.
• Perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster.
• Perform ad-hoc shift work and delivery work.

Job description

• Position : Service Technician/Engineer (Engineer 1/ Electronics/Electrical /Microelectronics)

• Location : KAKI BUKIT / Island wide

• Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $4000 (Basic up to $3000 + Transportation Allowance ($500 without Car / $1200 with Car) + 14 days Annual leave adds 1 day per year capped at 21 days)

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : Manufacture and repair of semiconductor assembly and testing equipment

Main Responsibilities

• Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment. Training is provided to support multiple equipment types.

• Attend weekly meetings and presentations.

• Write technical reports.

• Handle specific jigs during service jobs.

• Assist senior colleagues to perform higher-level jobs such as robot teaching & sub-units.

• Perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster.

• Perform ad-hoc shift work when required.

• Perform ad-hoc delivery work.

Requirements

• No experience welcome – training provided.

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Microelectronics Engineering. ITE with experience may be considered.

• Cleanroom working experience preferable but not a must.

• Experience in machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/troubleshooting/repair.
