  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating field service and project resource assignments.
  • Liaise and communicate with Superintendents and Field Service Engineers on assignments.
  • Assist in daily operation arrangement & relevant documentation work.
  • Provide administrative support such as following up on purchase requests.
  • Schedule meetings and monitor tools calibration expiry.
  • Request quotes from suppliers and coordinate with them.
  • Register courses for Field Service Engineers.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties.

About the role

We are seeking a Service Resource Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Svanehoj Singapore Pte. Ltd.
In this role is an integral part of the administrative team, providing essential support to the Service Coordinator and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business operations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating field service and project resource assignments
  • Liaising and communicating with Superintendents and Field Service Engineers on assignments
  • Assist in daily operation arrangement & relevant documentation work
  • Provide administrative support such as following up on purchase requests, scheduling meetings & monitoring tools calibration expiry
  • Request for quotation from supplier and coordination with supplier
  • Registration of courses for Field Service Engineers
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Education & Qualification:
