You will manage service work orders, prepare invoices, and assist in audits. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma, possess strong communication skills, and have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of operation or administrative experience.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with service team on daily submitted service work orders for closing.
  • Preparation and processing of invoicing for completed work order.
  • Provide general administrative support to the service department as needed.
