Opening Job Opportunity:

We have an opening for a Service Engineer in the Polycold Chiller Division. You will work closely with your team to ensure quality servicing expectations are met. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Polycold Chillers under the guidance and supervision of the Manager and Lead Engineer.
• Adhere to quality standards and repair procedures – On-the-job training will be provided.
• Perform installation, testing and commissioning of repaired units
• Prepare detailed appraisal and service reports
• Respond to customer job request promptly and perform troubleshooting accurately
• Work in clean-room facilities, customer plant-site and workshop
• Communicate & manage customer’s expectations
• Promote safety, assist in improving and ensuring workplace safety

What You Must Have

• NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related or similar servicing industry.
• Able to be on standby 24/7 based on assigned duty roster
• Willing/ able to work overtime as needed

• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Good knowledge of mechanical and refrigerant systems
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Willing to learn new skills and new methodology
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (Optional)
