About the role

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our security solutions, CCTV and alarm systems. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on security systems, CCTV, and alarm equipment
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend system upgrades

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Engineer in the security/CCTV industry
• Strong understanding of security systems, CCTV, and alarm technologies
• Must be able to be Standby night shift.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driving licence is preferred
