• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate service reports, job sheets, and documentation after each task.
• Coordinate with the engineering/operations team on follow-up works and spare‑part requirements.
• Manage and track tools, equipment, and spare parts used during service visits.
• Provide technical advice to customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support project teams when required, including testing and commissioning activities.
