Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering, with hands-on CNC machine experience. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, customer support, and preparation of service reports. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building customer relationships. Qualifications

• Field service experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and CNC machine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines and controls on-site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide ongoing technical and after-sales support to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare service reports by documenting and summarizing repair work.
• Handle service enquiries, proposals, and quotations.
• Work with the spare parts coordinator to identify required parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and support other team members when necessary.

Requirements:

• Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering background.
• Field service experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and CNC machine maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience CNC machine.
• Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
