We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Crew/Supervisor

Love working with people? Enjoy creating good vibes and great experiences? We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our Service Crew! In this role, you are at the heart of the Club’s dining experience that makes our members feel right at home, serving delicious meals with a side of genuine hospitality.

No experience? No problem. Bring your smile, and we will help with the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
• Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly enter them into the POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, always with a friendly smile.
• Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Perform and support other operational duties as assigned by the Management to support F&B operations and service excellence.

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
