About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Service and Warehouse Operator to join our team at Maguire Products Asia Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable service support to our customers, as well as maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse facility in the Changi East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Efficiently processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring all items are stored properly and in compliance with safety guidelines
• Performing regular stock checks and inventory management to identify and address any discrepancies or shortages
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all products
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items safely
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to provide high-quality service
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software
