About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on digital marketer to lead our SEO, SEM and Google Ads performance while managing our website development roadmap. You’ll also support our social media ads, content needs and follow up on online enquiries. This role suits someone who enjoys data, understands how people search, and can turn insights into real results.
Key Responsibility
SEO & SEM
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video and Performance Max
- Monitor budgets, conversions, ROI and run A/B tests
- Track performance through GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager
Website Management
- Oversee updates and enhancements with external developers
- Review site speed, mobile experience, technical SEO and UX
- Maintain accurate, updated service and landing pages
Social Media Ads & Enquiries
- Manage monthly social media ads calendar to align with SEO, SEM and Google Ads topics
- Launch and optimise paid social campaigns
- Respond to social media enquiries and follow up with leads
Content Support
- Assist the social media team with videography, video editing and post creation when needed
- Help prepare assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Goals & KPIs
- Growth in qualified sales leads
- Improved conversion rates across organic and paid channels
- Higher SEO rankings and organic visibility
- Strong ROI for Google Ads and social media ads
- Timely follow-up on all social media enquiries
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console
- Comfortable working with website developers and managing CMS updates
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical ability and good communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work both independently and with a team
- Having experience in WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial.
- Experience in conversion optimisation and landing page testing would be an advantage
- Healthcare industry experience (advantage but not required)
