Job description

• Position: Logistic Specialist or Senior Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Alps- Changi (Transport provided from Bedok and Tampines)

• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000+ AWS + OT + Medical + Dental

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Logistics (MNC)

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day manpower schedule.

• Supervising job functions and warehouse employees.

• Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating warehouse employees.

• Managing inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits.

• Organise and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers.

• Coordination and rotation of stock to allocate space.

• Ensuring proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.

• Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and toolbox talks.

• Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics warehousing,

• Able to do manual lifting and packing, preferably with Forklift license but not necessary.

• Basic computer skills
