• 3+ years’ experience in Project Development, Construction and Operation of Offshore Wind projects.
• Strong ability to operate at Board Level management.
• Strong commercial knowledge in risk management and contractual negotiations.

• Manage P&L responsibility, drive growth of project developments.
• Develop and implement a 3-5 year strategy.
