Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco Voice product, NICE Recording and MS Teams.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Engage with stakeholders on operational, functional, and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the bank voice infrastructure including CUCM, Webex, and NICE recording.
• Drive planning, evaluation of security applicability.
• Monitor ticketing queue and resolve issues.
