Qualifications

Main responsibilities

• Lead on UI and UX design for software products in an agile environment.

Environment

• Define UX guidelines based on user observations and surveys


• Define UI style guide in alignment with existing corporate CI


• Ensure economic viability of UX and UI guidelines

Main task

• Methodical analysis and conception of user interfaces and creation of interaction concepts for software systems


• Ensure excellent user experience and usability of the software

Products

• Design, implementation and analysis of usability evaluation

Projects, usability tests, user surveys and expert reviews

• Create wireframes, screen mockups, flowcharts, scenarios, and interactive prototypes

Interactive prototypes

• Support the agile team on implementation of UX and UI


• Responsibility for cross-departmental know-how transfer to usability and user experience

Usability and user experience

• Cooperation with the relevant internal departments and external service providers

Technical expertise

• 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design


• Education or study as a graphic artist or comparable practical
