Job Summary

Design and deliver polished UI/UX solutions for mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools, leading a small design team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive user-centered, innovative digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of polished UI/UX for mobile applications, web platforms, and internal tools to meet user and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and strategic goals
• Manage and mentor a team of 2 designers to ensure high-quality design output and professional growth
• Explore and prototype innovative design concepts while supporting ongoing feature development
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate for continuous improvement
• Perform regular design quality checks during development to maintain consistency and usability standards
• Research and analyze UX/UI trends, tools, and competitor products to inform design strategy and innovation
• Analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing user experience
• Actively contribute to team meetings and planning sessions to influence product direction and design priorities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive user flows and visual designs across digital platforms
• Strong visual design skills, with added advantage for experience in motion design and micro-interactions
• Deep understanding of UX principles applicable to mobile, web, and touch interfaces
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Axure RP, or similar
• User-first mindset supported by research and data-driven design thinking
• Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams
• Effective communication skills to confidently present and defend design decisions
• Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective on design systems and overall user experience
