Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in managing project/program teams.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional software projects using agile practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of TPMs to drive agile and waterfall delivery excellence.
