Job description

We are partnering with a leading organization to find a talented Threat Hunter to join their cybersecurity team in Singapore. Ideal candidate would lead proactive Threat Hunting, partnering with experts and monitor APT group's for proactive action and incident mitigation.

This role involves proactively searching for and investigating potential cyber threats within their IT environment using advanced security tools. The candidate will perform continuous and targeted threat hunts, develop and test hypotheses based on emerging threat intelligence, and analyze data to identify suspicious activities. They will work closely with the security team to validate findings, recommend solutions, and improve detection methods by creating tailored detection rules. Reporting and presenting insights from threat hunting activities is also an important part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in threat detection or a similar cybersecurity field and strong familiarity with security monitoring and investigation techniques. Good analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication are essential. Candidates should be prepared to complete technical assessments as part of the selection process.
