Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project estimates, budgets, and compliance with contracts. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and analytical skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in construction and development.
• At least 5 years in a similar capacity.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans and estimates, including budgets and timescales.
• Prepare and present documents for tender.
• Ensure project compliance with Tender/Contract.
• Monitor and control project costs.
• Lead the QS team in various tasks including preparation and evaluation.
