• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and carry out repairs on semiconductor production equipment.
• Design and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce machine downtime.
• Oversee maintenance initiatives and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation.
• Assess and propose new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
• Guide and support junior team members in building their technical skills.
• Contribute to the formulation, evaluation, and enhancement of maintenance protocols and best practices.
• Work closely with external equipment providers to troubleshoot issues and strengthen system reliability.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in Semiconductor industry
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix complex equipment issues.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
