What You’ll Be Doing

As a Motorrad Senior Technician, you will perform advanced technical troubleshooting and repairs independently, with minimal supervision.

  • Operate vehicles safely within the workshop and surrounding compound, adhering to speed limits and safety protocols.
  • Ensure job cards are clean and well-maintained
  • Conduct service and repair work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and seek technical assistance from the Workshop Foreman when necessary.
  • Complete all repair tasks as specified on the job card accurately and efficiently.
  • Present job cards to the Parts Technician when requesting spare parts to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Report any parts unavailability promptly to the Workshop Foreman for follow-up action.
  • Submit add-job forms and record Personal Service Videos (PSV) for any additional recommended repairs, and obtain prior approval before proceeding
  • Provide clear comments on feedback and add-job forms for each service line, confirming that all work has been completed correctly
  • Complete repair jobs within the allocated time based on BMW flat rate standards to meet monthly efficiency and productivity targets.
  • Notify the Workshop Foreman immediately upon job completion, collect the next assigned work order, clock in accordingly, and clarify any doubts before proceeding.
  • Ensure all warranty parts are properly packed and tagged with accurate information before returning them to the Parts Department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay, including proper care and storage of hand tools.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Who We’re Looking For
  • Technical Certification or Diploma in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in handling high‑capacity motorcycles, preferably in a dealership or authorised service centre.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, job cards, and service manuals.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet productivity targets.
  • Singapore Class 2 driving licence is preferred.
  • Working Days: 5.25 Alternate Saturday
