Job Summary

Set up and operate production machines in an electroplating manufacturing environment, ensuring product quality and safety compliance while supporting team training and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Set up production machines and components according to job order specifications to meet production requirements
  • Identify, report, and escalate unsafe operations or conditions promptly to the supervisor to maintain a safe work environment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain output quality
  • Train new technicians and operators on production processes and safety procedures to ensure team competency
  • Conduct periodic self-inspections of products following established quality guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Perform process checks to verify adherence to standards and specifications during production
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to prevent non-compliance and ensure operational integrity
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices on the production floor to support safety and efficiency
  • Keep accurate records of production activities, inspections, adjustments, and related documentation for traceability
  • Carry out routine machine maintenance according to the maintenance plan and update relevant records to ensure equipment reliability
