The Team You’ll Work With

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 65‑person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) region.

As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top‑tier talent. This position will report into a US‑based Talent Acquisition Director.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA region
• Fintech or SaaS experience preferred
• First principles thinking approach, you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solving
• Able to build trust and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates by working to understand intrinsic motivators and end‑state goals
• Strong communication skills and prioritize coaching and delivering feedback both internally amongst the team and externally to our hiring partners and candidates
• You have a growth mindset — you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and develop
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence — you’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast‑moving environments, and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
