A leading software company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment in the AMEA region. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business recruiting, preferably in fintech or SaaS, and will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our 65‑person Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) region.
As a member of the broader Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top‑tier talent. This position will report into a US‑based Talent Acquisition Director.
