Job Description

• Responsible for project implementation and maintenance support team include technical POC activities, low-level design and workshops, project delivery, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, customer walkthroughs, maintenance support, and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with clients’ IT teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.

• Effective management of customer expectations is essential, requiring coordination with both internal and external project stakeholders.

• You will also support the sales team by providing technical pre-sales input and contributing to the development of feasible SOWs to ensure timely and successful project implementations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on implementation and administration experience with one or more of the following technologies:

  • Citrix infrastructure

  • Windows Server and networking environment

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • VMware infrastructure

  • Server infrastructure

  • Storage infrastructure

  • vSAN / Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)

• Knowledge of system architecture; DR design experience is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Data Centre operations, including managing enterprise environments.

• Experience with vSAN and HCI technologies.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Microsoft) are preferred.
