A leading global provider of water, hygiene and energy technologies is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist in Singapore. This role focuses on enhancing supply chain visibility and regulatory compliance while ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will excel in coordination between Customer Service and Business Units, manage regulatory documentation, and report on key supply chain metrics, fostering continuous improvement across processes.
The Senior Supply Chain Specialist is a strategic and high-impact role that supports the organisation’s end-to-end supply chain excellence. Acting as the central coordination bridge Customer Service with Business Units (BUs) and key internal stakeholders, this position ensures operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of business-critical information.
The role directly strengthens supply chain visibility, governance, and customer confidence through disciplined coordination and performance reporting.
Serve as the primary coordination between Customer Service with Business Units and internal Supply Chain functions. Handle BU and Sales inquiries, ensuring clear, accurate responses and effective follow-up to CS and SC.
Translate BU requirements into actionable Customer Service and supply chain steps with clarity and ownership. Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on residue, stock issues, and product availability.
Strengthen BU confidence by ensuring prompt communication, accurate information flow to respective CS and SC for operational consistency. Take ownership of communication loops until all actions are fully closed.
Support documentation for Halal, Kosher, NSF, and other regulatory certifications.
Ensure product label compliance through SDS-to-label verification, phase‑in/phase‑out updates, and regulatory alignment.
Partner with QA, Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory, and Procurement to maintain full compliance and audit readiness.
Manage and verify Repacking TECO PO documentation.
Conduct TECO status accuracy checks and ensure timely, correct closure of process orders.
Coordinate closely with Planning and Warehouse to safeguard repacking accuracy, batch integrity, and expiry compliance.
Main coordinator to support Portafeed activities, downstream, and regulatory‑related BU requests.
Consolidate and report key supply chain KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
Track and monitor metrics related to repacking, TECO accuracy, regulatory compliance, BU requests, and cycle‑time improvements.
Highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Support initiatives improving repacking workflow, label accuracy, TECO governance, and documentation control.
Identify process or system gaps and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements by chance.
Help standardise supply chain documentation and compliance workflows across teams.
Strong liaison capability, especially in BU and Sales coordination.
High accuracy and discipline in documentation, data reporting, and compliance.
Confidence in managing KPIs and synthesising operational information.
Calm, reliable, and consistent communicator across departments.
Experience in supply chain, QA, CS, or regulatory support is an advantage.
