Team OverviewThe Paid Ads Growth team drives user acquisition for TikTok’s international products. As our global footprint expands rapidly, paid advertising is the primary growth lever. We leverage advanced algorithms and machine-learning techniques to optimize ad strategy and maximize the impact of large-scale budgets. Responsibilities
2. Creative Enablement : Integrate TikTok’s algorithmic and machine-learning capabilities with market creative teams; Build and optimize an end-to-end advertising creative supply chain to enhance overall campaign efficiency.
