Team OverviewThe Paid Ads Growth team drives user acquisition for TikTok’s international products. As our global footprint expands rapidly, paid advertising is the primary growth lever. We leverage advanced algorithms and machine-learning techniques to optimize ad strategy and maximize the impact of large-scale budgets. Responsibilities

  • 1. Creative Strategy Development : Define ad creative strategies based on target audiences and potential users; Leverage TikTok’s content ecosystem (videos, images, comments, search queries, and machine-learning models to boost creative performance and conversion rates;

2. Creative Enablement : Integrate TikTok’s algorithmic and machine-learning capabilities with market creative teams; Build and optimize an end-to-end advertising creative supply chain to enhance overall campaign efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 1. Begin with the End in Mind : Translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure strategic priorities are executed in sequence;
  • 2. Self-Driven & Reflective : Results-oriented, comfortable removing boundaries, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration to drive shared growth;
