You will join a team of professionals in providing high standard and smooth delivery of patient care in the hospital that meet the patients’ immediate physical and emotional needs. This is a opportunity to develop your career as an independent and team-based Nurse Clinician. You will be in charge of providing patient care and case management, and be part of a high-performing team of clinicians. Your work will include the daily clinical work, crafting of care plans and clinical work processes, administrative tasks, and education of patients and other healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing
  • Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or relevant certificate in Gerontology is a core requirement
  • Registered Nurse with valid practicing license with Singapore Nursing Board
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to speak other dialects would be an advantage
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment when/where required
  • Passionate about providing holistic patient and family care
