You will be in charge of providing patient care and case management, and be part of a high-performing team of clinicians. Job Requirements

• Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or relevant certificate in Gerontology is a core requirement
• Registered Nurse with valid practicing license with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 4 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to speak other dialects would be an advantage
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to exercise independent judgment when/where required
