Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, competent, and individualized nursing care based on patient needs.
• Maintain nursing standards in documentation, treatment, monitoring, and infection control.
• Manage and allocate medical equipment and consumables efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and care teams.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and support multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Comply with protocols for drug and medical supply storage and implement safety measures.
• Document patient conditions, referrals, and interventions accurately.
• Monitor patient progress to support care planning and family coping.
• Administer medications and perform wound care.
• Ensure continuity of care through follow‑up on treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and confidential patient care environment.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards and industry guidelines.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements
