Job summary

A non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to deliver preventive and curative care. Responsibilities include observing patient conditions, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate should have a nursing qualification and 3–5 years of experience, preferably in aged care. This full-time role requires shifts from 8am to 6pm and adaptability to work on public holidays.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering both preventive and curative nursing care to residents under medical supervision.
  • Observing resident conditions, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring accurate medication administration.
  • Ensuring all healthcare services strictly follow the Destitute Persons Act, Welfare Homes Rules, and standard clinical SOPs.
  • Maintaining precise medical records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
  • Leading infection control efforts and participating in audits or quality improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Nursing.
  • Full or Conditional registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in aged care or social services.
  • Monday to Friday (44 hours/week). Shifts are either 8am–5pm or 8am–6pm. Open to work on Public Holidays.
