Job description

As a Senior Global Talent Partner, you will have the opportunity to support global functions and work directly with senior leaders and Global People and Business Partners. You will create and collaborate on implementing a talent strategy to bolster leader growth and succession planning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to increase the efficiency and impact of our talent-related people programs at Micron.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and building development strategies through business and organizational analysis to support the organization’s talent needs now and in the future.
  • Build trust and impactful relationships with Sr. Director/VP/SVP level business leaders and global people and business partners.
  • Strengthening organizational and workforce capabilities across levels, enabling employees to own their careers
  • Using thought leadership, innovation and influence you will develop solutions that solve genuine business problems. Keeping up with current trends in talent management guidelines.
  • Provide leadership development expertise and consultation to business leaders and human resource partners and peers on talent strategies.
  • Build talent planning and management capability with our leaders through the implementation of practices that drive outcomes and optimize career development and mobility.
  • Incorporate a solid understanding of behavioral change and project management to lead and develop integrated talent management solutions.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with Talent Management, Global People and Business Partners and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into talent strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in Talent Management or Business Partnering, building connections globally with outstanding leadership skills.
  • Collaborate as a key partner, proactively crafting human-focused development solutions to drive business strategy.
  • Results oriented with a strong bias for action.
  • Work globally and cross cultures, effectively navigating ambiguity.
  • Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Talent Management and Business Collaboration, encouraging relationships at all levels globally.
  • Act as a strategic partner, taking the initiative to build people-centric development solutions to fuel business strategy.
  • Experience working in a technology related company.
