Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Science Engineer / Lead with deep expertise in AI / machine learning / Data Science, to spearhead the design, development, deployment and optimization of AI-driven growth models. You’ll be in charge of growth models and work cross-functionally to unlock insights and predictive capabilities that power user acquisition, retention, monetization, and personalization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in growth analytics and modeling, experimentation, predictive modeling, and ideally, a solid understanding of crypto or fintech ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hands-on design, development, and lifecycle management of AI models tailored to Global crypto exchange operations and support user growth (e.g., customer Life Time Value (LTV) prediction, user acquisition, referral, search & recommendation, retention, monetization, and personalization).
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data and operation teams to define measurable growth KPIs in both Paid media and Own Media targeting. Build and drive experimentation, simulations, and continuous learning pipelines for model performance optimization and to improve KPIs.
• Stay ahead of the curve on developments in GenAI, LLM/Agent-integrated architectures; apply relevant innovations to our systems.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions in the crypto exchange domain.

What We Look For In You

• 5+ years of experience in recommendation systems, machine learning, or related AI fields. Senior candidates will be considered for a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning models (XGBoost, deep learning, collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, Transformers, etc.).
• Familiarity with Python, strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, Aliyun PAI or AWS Sagemaker
• Proficiency in big data processing (Spark, Hive, Hadoop) and large-scale distributed computing.
• Understanding of user behavior modeling, multi-modal learning, and reinforcement learning for recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing machine learning systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in top-tier AI Labs or Tech industry leaders
• Experience in high-frequency trading, fintech, Web3, or crypto platforms is a strong advantage
• Startups or research-intensive environments preferred; must be comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed
