Overview
- Acts as a business owner, leading both long‑term and short‑term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product.
- Oversees product evolution, establishes go‑to‑market strategies, optimizes products and resources, implements incremental improvements across the product life cycle, conducts ongoing care and maintenance, and manages P&L.
Responsibilities
- Researches, analyzes, and summarizes quantitative and qualitative user data.
- Stays informed about competitor activities and technology trends, sharing insights with the team.
- Builds and maintains cross‑cultural peer networks.
- Applies basic knowledge of tools used to perform product lifecycle tasks using the Studio Method.
- Develops knowledge of Mastercard products and services.
- Asks meaningful questions to understand and translate requirements into desired functionality.
- Documents day‑to‑day business problems clearly and concisely.
- Maintains foundational understanding of the local market and payments industry, staying current on emerging developments.

- Supports and participates in post‑launch reviews, ensuring feedback is incorporated into future iterations.
- Aligns with GTM (go‑to‑market) plans for the product set.
- Identifies issues that may impact product development, timelines, or quality, and partners with internal teams and customer service to classify and prioritize customer issues.
