As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the business, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to create a positive employee experience and a high-performance, caring workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering (70%)

  • Partner line managers to understand business needs and support end-to-end talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide thoughtful and practical HR advice on people matters, including performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Work with leaders to build a supportive, high-performance culture that values learning, growth, and employee well-being.
  • Analyse workforce trends and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen organisational capability and talent retention.

Performance Management (30%)

  • Administer and continuously improve performance management processes and systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Partner business leaders to drive goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and calibration discussions.
Qualifications
