Job description

Working Locations: Multiple
Working Hours: 6-day work week (Off day will be on rotating basis)
Salary: Up to S$8,000/month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities
  • Daily culinary duties of Preparation, Cooking, & Serving of dishes to Customers.

  • Works closely with the Owner and other Chefs to create new seasonal dishes as directed by the Owner.

  • Understands and works with the supplier to anticipate procurement, delivery and maintain a minimal inventory count.

  • Monitors and undertakes to maintain costs within guidelines.

  • Assist in training and guide junior chefs.

  • Has a broad spectrum of basic Japanese Culinary techniques.

  • Able to track and deliver the latest dining trends and menus.

Job Requirements
  • Experienced and passionate.

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Japanese cuisine.

  • Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working split shift and a 6-day work week.

  • Preferably ready to start immediately or within a short notice period.
