Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.   • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact / storage area.
  • Liaison for Project Manager for augmented resources / interns periodical administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave application).
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of gym events/ group class/activities.
  • Pack goods according to company’s standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure items are properly labelled and securely packaged.
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
  • Troubleshoot member issues from time to time.
  • Liaising with finance team for member-related finance.
  • Support Membership & Partnerships Director with member relations.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing vital administrative support across various functions.
  • Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long.
