Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Experience in managing end-to-end SIT and UAT cycles.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and triage incidents raised in ServiceNow.
• Perform troubleshooting to restore service functionality.
• Engage with users for issue replication.
• Prepare and raise Change Requests according to processes.
• Manage end-to-end release preparation for changes.
