Job summary

Information
  1. Rotating Shift: 8pm-8am (OT: 5.15am-8am); 8am - 8pm (OT: 5.15pm-8pm)
  2. Basic Up to $2,650

Manage daily operations of the Master Control Room (MCR). Point of contact for internal management, law enforcement, and external contractors, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
  • Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
  • Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR.
  • Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Safety & Incident Response, safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.
  • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate with company management to address security needs and improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years in a similar supervisory security role with certification in Security Management
  • Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.
  • Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
  • Experience in managing a Master Control Room or central monitoring systems.
