Job summary

A technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Architect to design and implement advanced SAP solutions tailored to clients’ HR needs. This role requires deep expertise in SAP modules, project leadership experience, and an understanding of integration with ERP systems. The ideal candidate has substantial experience (8-12 years) in SAP HCM projects, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position involves collaboration with HR and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, employee central is mandatory.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and at least one other module) are required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of implementation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR digital transformation initiatives.
