Qualifications

• More than 3 years of SAP IT project management experience.
• At least 5 years of IT experience.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Must be customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose improvement solutions.
• Lead incident investigations and manage IT security compliance.
• Review IT asset inventory and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
