Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization
  • Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to address complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Ensure the integration of SAP FICO modules with other relevant modules and external systems.
• Financial Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining using SAP FICO capabilities.
  • Design and implement improvements to financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Project Management

Requirements

• SAP Certification is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
