We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our account management team. As part of our global team, you will work alongside talented and proactive account management professionals to serve our key customers and enhance their business standing. You will focus on identifying customer needs and developing strategies to maximize our growth in the identified customer and application segments. You will also work closely with our business unit managers, supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing teams to attract and win projects from our key customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the business team to develop and implement strategies for key business categories and key customers, based on the company's development direction.
  • Work closely with business units/business development managers during the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) phases.
  • Participate in and support business unit managers during the project development phase.
  • Provide pricing analysis and generate quotations for project bidding.
  • Collaborate with various functional departments to provide operational support to customers throughout the entire lifecycle of awarded projects.
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in engineering, science, or business‑related field
  • At least 3‑5 years of experience in key account management. Those familiar with the contract manufacturing environment will be given priority consideration
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese to liaise with our Taiwan headquarters
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Extensive experience in building relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers, including experience in closing complex deals with customers
  • Adaptable and capable of multitasking and managing effectively
  • Proactive and a good problem solver
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Travel required: 15%
