Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for assigned markets.
• Achieve sales targets through effective marketing and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance business growth.
• Manage sales accounts, handle enquiries, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
• Coordinate order management to ensure timely delivery and improve allocation ratios.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth shipping arrangements.
• Monitor payment processes, including LC and remittance, to ensure timely transactions.
• Organise and conduct sales training for internal teams and customers.
• Execute marketing campaigns and area-specific promotional activities.
• Develop partnership plans and implement strategies for distributor engagement.
• Review pricing strategies and propose special pricing for management approval.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
