Impact You’ll Make

As our Senior Sales Manager for APR Industrial Refrigeration, Climate Solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing sustainable cooling solutions across the region.

You’ll lead the Industrial Refrigeration business across South East Asia, including Taiwan, delivering strong sales performance and market share expansion. Through your leadership, our teams and customers will benefit from smarter, more energy-efficient refrigeration systems that support a greener, more sustainable future.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders, product management, marketing, and application support teams, while leading and developing a team of specialized vertical sales and business development professionals. You’ll take ownership of strategic sales planning, customer engagement, and business execution, ensuring alignment across markets and driving an ambitious growth agenda for Danfoss Climate Solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the development of in-depth customer understanding to identify where Danfoss can bring the greatest value across our Industrial Refrigeration product portfolio.
  • Support marketing and leadership teams by providing competitive insights and contributing to customer-focused growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to create and execute ambitious Account Plans that align with customer needs and long-term business goals.
  • Use your skills in sales management, CRM, and pipeline development to maintain accurate customer records, ensure process compliance, and deliver reliable forecasts and business visibility.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge by developing team capabilities and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and performance excellence in coordination with management and HR.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales and business management within the refrigeration industry, with a proven ability to drive growth through OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and end users.
  • Proficiency in refrigeration applications, including heat exchangers, controls, and systems, with strong technical understanding to support customer and market needs.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team, leveraging strategic direction and operational excellence to achieve ambitious results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust and alignment across diverse regions, functions, and cultures.
  • A mindset of strategic thinking and continuous improvement, combining superior business acumen with a hands-on approach to delivering sustainable growth.
